Welcome to the launch of our official Website.  As you can see, it is put together to be simple, but should provide the information to keep you up to speed with what our class is doing.

What you see is a few fields that contain information or that generate e-mail.  Above the box in which you are reading this, you will see two drop down menus.  At the onset, we are leaving them blank, but the one entitled Recent Activities will allow you to see prior announcements for things we have done or accomplished.  You provide the accomplishments personally or they will be just general for the whole class.  The other menu labeled Planned Activities will let you see some of the things we are planning for the class or that are significant announcements about ouir personal live that you want to share.

In the box below this one, there are four buttons labeled: Contact a Classmate, Report a Passing, Report an Illness or Need of Support, and Change Information in Master Roster.  Clicking on one of the buttons will generate an e-mail using your preferred e-mail program using the button label as the subject of the e-mail.  Your e-mail is forwarded to both Jim Heimberg and Marcia Tuderios.  They maintain the master roster and will respond accordingly.  For example:

                  •        Click on Contact a Classmate, and your e-mail will be forwarded to
                            them for them to respond.  Privacy is guaranteed through this
                            process.

                  •        Click on Report a Passing, and the name will be changed on the
                            master roster to reflect that person’s status

                  •        Click on Report an Illness or Need of Support, and those who live
                            near the person in need will be advised so that they can make visits
                            or phone calls as they desire or as appropriate

                  •        Click on Change Information in the Master Roster, and the
                            information you provide will be used to update the roster. We are
                            not going to relase the master roster beyond the committee. If
                            the LVHS Alumni Committee wants to notify us of any activity, we
                            pass the notificatio to you through the website in hopes you will
                            start checking it with some frequency.  It is here for all of us to use.
